RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Chikankari Village, every piece is handcrafted with care. Since our products involve delicate hand-embroidery, we have a limited exchange policy.
Exchange Eligibility: We accept exchange requests within 1 day (24 hours) of order delivery only.
Conditions for Exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange will be accepted only for size issues or defective/damaged products received.
Non-Returnable Items: As each piece is handcrafted, we do not accept returns for reasons such as minor embroidery variations, color differences due to photography/lighting, or because Chikankari involves multiple washing and finishing processes that make every piece unique. These are natural characteristics of handmade work.
